
ZOL Warranty ZOL products are warranted with proof of purchase for up to 1 year. Warranty includes defects in material and workmanship (scratches in lenses are not covered under the warranty). We provide the following processing ways:
CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL PROCESSING via email
1. Send an email with the picture of the product to warranty@zoleyewear.com, with a brief description of your claim.
2. We will reply with a warranty confirmation, then add to the cart the warranty processing cost below, we will also send instructions for phone support.
3. There will be a $10 fee to your credit card or PayPal account, for handling and processing of your new product.
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PROCESSING via email.

2. We will reply with a warranty confirmation, send your telephone numbers, email address, physical address where you will like your product to be sent, and $10USD to cover the handling and processing cost of the product when returned (checks and money orders accepted) to:

Please send the product in a box with proper protection via US MAIL with your return address, proof of purchase, day and night telephone numbers, email address, and $10USD to cover handling and processing cost of the product when returned (checks and money orders accepted) to:
